This new Sandringham home has a delightful back-story. Our clients lived around the corner from a block of land that had space for a tennis court and swimming pool in the back garden, so when it came on the market, they couldn’t resist buying it. They had a penchant for the ‘Hamptons’ style, so that was part of the overall brief. They are also passionate cooks, which meant a very functional but smart kitchen was required. The kitchen design called for marble-look porcelain bench tops, which is super stain resistant and ideal for all the family cooking and baking that is done.
The Clients previous house used yellow tones, but for the new home, they wanted a crisp white look. We worked closely with our clients on all their specific style needs and also selected all the furniture and fabrics/leathers, to provide a cohesive style throughout. The high quality furniture, including some custom pieces, were chosen to be enjoyed by the family for many years to come. The ‘crisp white’ design brief extends through every aspect of this beautiful new home.
